Fenwickia

Dr. Saira Melnic found an old-world relic in the depths and won't tell a soul what it does.

Fenwickia runs on a single iron decree and a black market that never closes — gate guards double as bouncers, and the whole colony still drinks like the hull might crack again.

Dr. Saira Melnic dug up an old-world relic and isn't talking, while two rival leaders clash over Fenwickia's future. Meanwhile, one colonist's talk of leaving has left everybody quietly rattled.

The story so far

founding — July

A hull breach in the outer ring was sealed with seconds to spare. Kesrin Vao hasn't slept right since, and the near-miss became the story everyone in Fenwickia still tells first.

regime_change — July 13

Fenwickia tore up its old system and rallied behind a single decisive hand — the Iron Command. Order and strength became doctrine, and the colony has run tighter, and tenser, ever since.

chapter — July 14

While the commander was away, a strange dream swept through the colony overnight. Kade insists everyone dreamed the same thing, and nobody has quite explained it since.

now — This week

Now a buried relic sits unexplained, a leadership rivalry has hardened into open friction, and talk of one colonist leaving has left the rest watching each other sideways.
